One thing all RV owners can agree on is that there is always something on their RV that needs fixed. Whether you are a full time RVer or a weekend camper, RV's require attention and depending on the problem it can be costly.
I became a Certified RV technician to help owners understand the components of their motorhome, 5th wheel or travel trailer. Once you understand how the air conditioner, water heater, furnace, generator and RV refrigerator work, it's easier to recognize when a problem arises.
Also something a lot of RVer's don't realize is the importance of cleaning and maintaining your waste tanks. An issue with your black tank, whether it's an odor, clog or poo pyramid, can ruin a trip or vacation. Gray tanks require just as much attention as black tanks. I can recommend an appropriate tank treatment for your type of camping.
Issues with your slides and leveling system can cause major headaches while setting up or breaking camp. There are several reasons for this. It could be caused by dead batteries or a failure of your hydraulic system. We can help you get on the road again with our knowledge and specialized equipment.

After close to two weeks of having no success with three other RV repair people,
We were put into contact with uncle Troy and aunt Teresa RV repair. All I can say is that we have been thrilled with the service that we received. Not only is Aunt Teresa a certified specialist at tank cleaning and unclogging, but she is efficient, clean and the ultimate professional. Uncle Troy was able to replace valves and do several other jobs that the previous workers had messed up! We are thrilled with the service and results we obtained from Uncle Troy and Aunt Teresa! I would highly recommend them to anyone who has problems with their RV tanks and needs RV repairs.

The dual capacitor on our Dometic AC went out at the start of our camping trip with a couple grandchildren. Troy met us at Ponca State Park, replaced the capacitor, restored the AC, and double checked that everything else was in good working order. Troy was professional, efficient, and his fees were very fair. I will recommend Uncle Troy to all my RV friends!

Called Uncle Troy to add electrical outlets and reroute TV cable. Troy showed up on time and was quick and efficient. I will definitely call Uncle Troy's mobile RV Service again. He performed work on my 40ft Damon Tuscany.

We have spent 4-5 months annually on the road in our RV, for the past 10 years. Over that period we have utilized several mobile RV services across the US and Canada. Uncle Troy’s Mobile RV Service provided the best experience we have had over the years. Troy arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, for which parts were not readily available, and he found parts that would work temporarily. When we communicated a few days later he advised he had found more suitable parts and returned to complete the work. Our AC unit is humming quietly and cooling our space comfortably.
We are grateful to Troy for his persistence and professionalism in handling our problem and we would gladly use his services again should we have a need in an area where he operates.

Troy seems to be a very nice, competent technician. However, when I made our appointment a week earlier, I feel he should have told me at that point that he was leaving for CO, so anything needing outsourced parts, he wouldn't be able to work on. I told him when I made the appointment what our issues with the RV were. He came, he looked, told us about leaving at that point. I paid him his fee of $65, but I feel he should have been upfront about his situation. I would not have made the appointment with that info. I wasted a week of trying to find someone to do the work that he assured me were things he worked on. So...lesson learned. For $65 and "you're on the right track", I'm still in the same boat, I think I'll ask up front if they will be there to do the work next time.

As others said, Troy was very willing to share his RV knowledge. As a newbie, I learned more nuts and bolts stuff about my rv from him then I've gleened before. He fixed my fresh water system issues quickly, plus showed me tools and how tos to troubleshoot system in future. He also fixed a noisy vibration in furnace. I believe he's genuinely interested in helping folks. I thought his fee was reasonable.

My wife and I were staying in Hoover valley at the Heart of Texas lake resort last Saturday during that cold front and heavy rain and we noticed water leaking in our Rv near refrigerator. We googled and found Uncle Troys mobile Rv service and gave him a call. Uncle Troy showed up in the pouring rain and within a few minutes found our leak which was a design flaw on our campers refrigerator vent on the roof. Uncle Troy came up with a solution fast and was able to stop the leak and saved our rv from any damage. I would highly recommend Uncle Troys rv service to anyone in the area. Troy is professional, courteous and informative. He not only tells what is wrong and how it got that way but he also explains what needs to be done to fix it. He will also point out possible problems and the urgency for possible repairs. His explanations have been very valuable to this newbie in motorhome camping.

Uncle Troy actually answers the phone so that’s a big plus. He was out the first thing the following morning and diagnosed and fixed my furnace in an hours time. He was very nice and very helpful.
