Lisa and Jason Carletti are the driving force behind My RV Resource. Their journey into the RV lifestyle began in 2016 when Lisa, a certified surgical technologist, embarked on three-month contracts in hospitals across the United States. The couple jumped into RVing, starting with a Class A gas motorhome and transitioning to a fifth wheel for full-time living.
In July 2021, Lisa and Jason achieved Master Certified RV Inspector status, marking a significant milestone in their journey. Operating a successful small business, aptly named My RV Inspection and based in Tampa, Florida, they have conducted over 1,000 certified RV inspections, including assessments for FEMA disaster relief efforts following Hurricanes Irma and Florence.
Jason's extensive experience as a technician spans various industries, coupled with his certification as an RV Inspector and RVTI Registered Technician since 2017. His commitment to excellence earned him recognition as Inspector of the Month in March 2018 and a Service Excellence Award in October 2018.
Lisa's background in healthcare spanning nearly 25 years underscores her meticulousness and attention to detail. She became a Certified RV Inspector and RVTI Registered Technician in January 2018, becoming the first female in the nation to achieve Master RV Inspector certification.
Proud members of the Florida RV Trade Association (FRVTA) since 2018, Lisa and Jason actively contribute to the RV community. In the past, Lisa served as the Secretary of Region 3 and recently assumed the role of Director of Region 3, providing valuable insights at FRVTA Executive Board of Directors meetings and participating in the RV Show committee.
