Services Offered:
We do ground to roof, front to rear inspections for pre-purchase, post purchase, as well as annual inspections to help you keep your RV in proper working order. An inspection includes a full report and as many digital pictures needed to give you the knowledge you need to make informed decisions about your purchase and maintenance decisions. We also offer an annual inspection and maintenance package that includes the inspection as well as required cleaning and maintenance items such as cleaning and resealing roofs with self leveling sealant where necessary, cleaning of the A/C coils, furnace, refrigerator, and water heater propane systems and water heater tank cleaning and anode rod replacements.
Available repair services include non and under functioning furnaces, water heaters, refrigerators and general propane system issues. We can make small roof repairs where such repairs can be completed with self leveling roof sealant and/or eterna-bond repair tape. Awnings and slide toppers that have failed due to age, wind, or other damages can be repaired with anything from just the canvas up to a complete awning system, depending on the level of repairs needed or requested. Awning upgrades from manual to electric are also available. Suspension work available includes spring and shackle replacements, greasing wet bolts and wheel bearing repacking/replacements as needed. Electrical problems can also be tracked and repaired, including lighting, brakes, breaker/fuse panels, converter/chargers, automatic transfer switches, and inverter problems. These items will not be repaired if found to be inoperable outside of fuse issues, but instead will be replaced with new hardware to insure the safety and proper functioning of the system.
Golf cart services include safety and basic inspections, battery replacement, anti theft upgrades,(nothing is foolproof, but if you can help protect your several thousand dollar investment for a under $150, why not do it, since all golf carts use the same key and they are available on Amazon for a few dollars), as well as basic and electrical trouble shooting and repairs.
