I wasn't there to meet nacho unfortunately. But my wife said he was extremely professional and very respectful and knowledgeable. He fixed our furnace and put our new thermostat in for us . If needing rv work this is your guy . Thanks again nacho we appreciate you !!!

Had inverter/electrical problem on a Monday. Ignacio (Nacho) Sauceda responded on Wednesday. Problem solved quickly. He has the expertise and a great personality. Having him back soon to replace our house batteries.

Batteries replaced today. On time....work done quickly.....very fair price. Having Nacho back next Thursday to repair rear air-conditioner. If it would let me I would give him ten stars.

Great service, affordable and professional. I’ve found that many mobile techs are operating as a hobby type tech, learn as you go! Bear Ridge is not of that challenge, they’re 100% well educated at the task at hand!

Had a few issues with water leaking and a fan motor seizing. Nacho promptly fixed the leak and diagnosed the problem with our cabin fan unit. Overall a great experience with great results. Thanks Nacho!

Overall could not ask for a better experience. We had a water leak, thought it was water heater issue. Nacho showed up when he said he would. Went over a little bit of process of elimination and diagnosed it was water heater. Didn’t try to sell us on anything other than what we needed. He took our information, contacted our warranty company for us. Stayed in great communications with the on goings of the project. Showed up replaced the water heater. Very respectful honest man. Even told me that I have several parts on the old water heater that I should save as spares. Will definitely call and use him in the future.

This was probably the best experience I have ever had with a mobile Tech. We are on the road a long way from our home base and experienced an electrical failure on our diesel pusher. We lost power to half our coach while at an RV park. I called Big Bear at 9pm expecting to leave a message for an appointment for the next day, but instead the phone was answered by "Nacho", the owner and tech. I explained the situation and he asked if I have a multimeter, which I do. He spent over an hour with me as we narrowed the problem to a certain area and said he would be onsite the next day around noon.
He arrived as promised and finished the diagnosis and got the power back up. During the work on the coach he kept me apprised about what was going on.
I happily endorse Big Bear for RV repairs. We've been RVing for over 50 years and can say this was most knowledgeable and thorough tech I've met during those years for RV service. Check out his numerous certifications on the web site.

One of my AC units was not working properly, so I called Bear Ridge RV Mobile Tech. Nacho answered the phone immediately and I told him about my issue. He set up a time for the next morning to come by and diagnose the problem. He was on time and quickly identified the problem as a faulty run capacitor. The replacement part arrived the next day and was quickly installed. The AC unit has been working fine since.

Our Dometic gas/electric RV water heater stopped working. We ordered a variety of new parts from Amazon and my husband installed them but the water heater still wasn't working. My husband called Bear Ridge RV Mobile Tech for a service appointment. Nacho, the Owner/Technician, was prompt in answering the call; he went through a number of troubleshooting steps, and then set an appointment for service. He kept in touch with us via text message, and was on time to the appointment. He methodically went through the water heater system and identified that the only new part that wasn't working was the new igniter control board we had ordered from Amazon. He told us about the board he uses for his repairs, and gave us the part number so we could order it from Amazon. My husband installed the new board, and it worked. We are grateful for Nacho's honesty, integrity and professionalism. He solved our water heater problem and saved us money in the process. His service call and labor charges were reasonable; we would not hesitate to call him again when we need a mobile technician.

Nacho came out due to an issue I was having with a slide not working. He found the issue, which was electrical, and it was promptly fixed. He was able to come out within a few hours from when I called and communicated with me before coming. I would highly recommend him at anytime.
