We had Teresa out to seal the roof on our 2018 28BHBE today and what a fantastic experience. Not only did she go above and beyond but her customer service is outstanding! We used Sparkle RV to conduct an RV maintenance inspection on our 10 year old living quarters horse trailer. Teresa spent time inspecting many aspects of the trailer and provided detailed information about issues that we were not aware of. We want to continue to take great care of our trailer and provide the appropriate maintenance needed. I appreciated Teresa’s bright smile and explanation on what she did and found. Having a mobile service is so helpful. We will be scheduling the repairs that need to be done. Thank you so much!

I highly recommend Teresa for RV inspection services. I live in Southern California and wanted to buy an RV in Southern Illinois. I contacted Teresa to inspect the RV before I drove 2000 miles to look at it. She responded promptly and her communications were clear. She handled all of the arrangements with the RV dealer and kept me informed of what was happening. Her inspection was thorough and the report was detailed, easy to understand and easy to create a punch list for the dealer to address. I ended up driving to Illinois and ultimately bought the RV. Teresa's report accurately reflected the condition of the RV and was indispensable in my buying decision. I would definitely hire Teresa and Sparkle RV Services again without hesitation.

I wish I had known about RV inspections when we bought our motorhome. We are not novices but did not have years of experience either. After many times taking our RV back and forth for service we decided to have an inspection to identify what other problems we may need fixed. Teresa was thorough and patient in inspecting our motorhome. She even took the time to explain all the systems and we had learned much about the different systems along the way. What I appreciated the most is that the inspection was interactive. It was not just Teresa looking it over. The end result was a more knowledgeable rv owner and a thorough report. So glad we did this. Worth the cost.

I needed a travel trailer inspection in the St. Louis area and located Teresa on the NRVIA website. I then reviewed her business information, Sparkle RV, online. Her website is extremely thorough and easy to navigate. The website also has several sample inspection reports for various RVs. I had one phone call with her and decided that she was passionate about RV safety and more than qualified. After we talked, she sent me all the required documents to schedule the inspection. She then worked directly with the RV owner to schedule and perform the inspection. She showed up on time with the necessary tools and completed the inspection in one trip. She called me when she was done so she could give me a summary of the findings and had the full report with photo documentation to me within about 4 hours. She found a few items that the owner had not disclosed which was very helpful. I could not be happier with Teresa's professionalism and attention to detail.

We had our camper inspected by Sparkle RV Services and was very pleased with the service. Our inspector was there early but told us to take our time and not to feel rushed. She was efficient and informative, and we would highly recommend this company.

Amazing and very responsive company.
We had our roof and seals inspected before putting our camper into storage for the winter.
A report was emailed, including images of areas that they added sealant

We Highly recommend Teresa for your inspection! She did a great job, very thorough, keeps you informed along the way and super nice! We were at first a little hesitant to get an inspection on a used Class C, but SO glad we did! She was able to see things we never would have thought to look for. You would hope the Dealer you buy from would catch things on their own PDI...not ours, that's why you need an person working for you....not the Dealer! Also, their reports are so full of details, and their website is great. She runs a Great Business!!!

Sparkle Rv promptly returned my call and was able to fit us in her schedule quickly. We had our camper winterized. She gave us the option of antifreeze or air. She also performed an inspection on our RV roof and sealed some spots. She was very courteous and informative of what she was doing and why. We will be using her again in the spring to service the brakes on our RV as well as repairing a leak under our kitchen sink. We highly recommend Sparkle Rv.

Highly recommended… I needed my tanks flushed that haven’t been done in many years and was producing toxic fumes. They flushed out my difficult system in the rain and got my black tank running as clear as my grey tank.

I called Teresa with Sparkle RV Service and the service was more than I expected. As a new RV Owner, Teresa took time to educate me on my RV via video chat. I had some issues happening with my power and Teresa walked me through on how to fix them. I was able to resolve my issues without having to bring the RV in. Thank you Teresa!

We went no experience with an RV to knowing how to maintain our 5th-wheel for full time living! I also had no experience towing a trailer. Thanks Teresa I have been able to maneuver through some tricky gas stations situations! We just moved out to Virginia from East Alton, IL! That equaled out to at least 10 gas station fill ups with not all of them being an easy stop. The West Virginia turnpike in the rain was no sweat after lessons! She is an amazing teacher and extremely patient. She is patient and beyond worth it!

Teresa took me in several challenging situations during our lesson -- things I would have not done on my own. Theresa aka “Sparkle” is AMAZING! Clear explanations, great suggestions, follows a checklist so she touches on all the important items like “Turn to the Trouble” I now know how to fix a jackknife!! If you’re new to the towing life give her a call!

Teaching so the student understands and can apply the knowledge is very rare. When you back that up with incredible knowledge it is life changing for the student. I am not mechanically inclined at all. Teresa was able to convey and customize all the knowledge that I need to move forward and feel confident with my RV maintenance. Even if I choose to have someone else do the work, I know what needs to be done and when it is done right. I can now confidently move forward with my adventures in my travel trailer and know that I can contact Teresa with any questions. I highly recommend Teresa both for her knowledge and delivery of that knowledge.

Teresa is an excellent teacher and communicator! I learned a lot from her seminar. I’m a new owner of a Little Guy Minimax and having never owned a camper before, I thought it would be a good idea to learn how all the components work!
