Jeff walks you through the process guiding you as you complete the job to your satisfaction using various forms of communication. If your willing to travel, Jeff will work with you on your RV hands on at his amazing work shop. I have utilzed Jeff on numerous occasions and he has been point on. No question or need is to big or small. Jeffs creed "test not guess" has become a classic. I highly recommend.

Jeff was great working on the Beaver and allowed me to stay on his lot using full hook up.
