I was very interested at a truck for sale here at Royal. I live about 3 hours away, and made my first introduction by phone. My salesperson was Anthony.
Anthony took the time to volunteer to have the vehicle I was interested in put up on a lift so that he could send pictures of the frame. He took it for a drive for me to report back on any running conditions or oddities. Anthony was prompt with all communications and was an open book as far as reporting the vehicle condition.
The only reason I did not purchase here was because I found a local comparable model, and decided to go that route.
Though, based on the professionalism and responsiveness displayed by royal and anthony in regards to my queries, I would wholeheartedly recommend him and them for any vehicle needs you may have.
I've worked in auto sales for about 20 years, and currently manage the business office at a dealer group. All I can say is I wish I had a few Anthony's on my staff. He displayed the best qualities of industry know-how, and how to effectively communicate with a client. He went the extra mile. Since I didn't bring them any business personally, I sincerely hope the review will result in you, the reader, visiting and purchasing from Royal and Anthony.

Had a problem with our hot water heater while traveling. Texted the Service Department at Royal (where we bought the camper) and they went way above and beyond to diagnose the issue and give us directions on how to fix it. Thanks guys for doing a super job. I’d highly recommend Royal RV to anyone considering buying an RV. Excellent service.

The sales staff were very friendly but not very knowledgeable. Overall, I was pleased but was promised at least 1 new battery with the used travel trailer. Instead, it had the original 5 year old batteries. I spoke with them and they said that they would contact me. This has been since February and nothing.

We purchased our RV almost 3 months ago and are still pleased with how the purchase and process went. Paid what I felt was a fair price for the unit we selected. Royal took care of all of the issues the RV inspector turned up. The inspector even noted how easy they were to work with. If asked, I would highly recommend anyone in the market check them out.

If you’re looking for a new RV or vehicle, be sure to ask for Eddie Hernandez! He was very helpful, patient, and kind throughout the process of buying our new RV. He even followed up with me afterwards to make sure we were settling in and enjoying our new home away from home. We wanted to be sure we woke up on Father’s Day morning in our RV and he made sure that happened for us. He is a genuine good person and I highly recommend meeting with him.

I would recommend Royal RV to anyone looking for an RV, travel trailer. We live a few hours away from them but they did awesome accommodating my needs. Everything was done over the phone and online. The day cam to pick up our new travel trailer. The walked us through it and answered ever question we had. They had a really nice lounge area for us to wait on hitching up the trailer. Curt our salesman was patient and so accommodating. Mike the finance guy was great walked us through all our paperwork. Everyone was very knowledge on the dos and don’t dos of RVing. I now know why people are willing to travel to Royal RV to purchase their rvs.
