We were traveling through and needed a warranty replacement for our AC unit. We set an appointment at my daughters house in Kent WA. We had the unit shipped there hoping we had a reliable tech in a unfamiliar location. Roots was there ON TIME and did the job accurately and efficiently. We want to thank you and recommend you to others looking for a R V tech.
Roots was on time and did a great time diagnosing several items and then fixing them. We will definitely call Roots again for our RV needs.

We were having problems with our slide leaking. They came out to us in the middle of nowhere, diagnosed, and fixed it in about an hour. They also took a quick look at our Awning and told us what is wrong with it. It's not a high priority fix for us right now, but they guessed the symptoms and gave us a good idea of what the fix is. Super knowledgeable and good guys. Thanks!

RV wouldn't start...replaced battery...nope
James checked serval reasons & discovered fuel pump was bad. Arrived at appt. ...got right to work & replaced pump..RV is running great now.James was very pleasant & answered all our questions & fixed the problem. Would use him again..Great Job!

James at Roots RV Service is amazing. The rooftop AC unit on my RV was not blowing cold air. I called the dealer - who is at least 45-60 minutes from my house - and was told they do not repair AC. They suggested I call James because he makes house calls. James was able to visit me the same week and diagnosed the issue. I needed a replacement AC unit and he was able to get one quickly and got it installed a week later. I cannot recommend Roots RV Service enough. If you are in the greater Seattle/Tacoma area and need RV repair, James at Roots RV Service is an excellent resource.

We can't say enough good things about the service we received from Roots. He fixed the steps that wouldn't open and the passenger chair electrics. Now we are ready for out next travel adventure.

Charged an undisclosed emergency fee of 150, ordered expensive parts that didn't need to be replaced(threads needed pipe tape)and claimed he got to keep the undamaged tank he replaced. Contacted the extended warranty people and had to threaten to call the police to get him to return my property. He would only meet me in a Wal-Mart parking lot, he let slip he was going to part out my water heater at one point saying I could buy my parts back from him

I am so glad that I contacted Root to help me with my project. I’ve been trying to get my business off the ground for over two years and was having some trouble getting the help that I needed. He came right out help me get the things that I needed hooked up and going and was way awesome about it! I will be using route as long as they are around! And now my mobile vinyl record store Bread Truck Records is up and running in Tacoma Washington in the surrounding areas!

We were so thankful to get the recommendation from South Prairie RV Campground for James at Roots RV Repair! We were in a very stressful situation within days of purchasing our first RV with a cracked hot water heater and a storage compartment that was unable to be open & access necessary equipment to set up for our first overnight stay. We loved that this company was mobile, prompt to respond to a phone call and able to come out within 24 hours to evaluate the issues. JAMES was quick, efficient, and went the extra mile along with his coworker Dave to order/pick up parts and repair within 48 hours. James was very knowledgeable and quick. He fixed the electrical for my RV with ease. What could have cost me 3 grand ended up being less than 200 bucks! He was quick to respond and best of all he was mobile. I didn't have to drag my trailer down to a shop, which was fantastic. I'll be contacting him again for any future services I might need.
