Peter was able to talk us through on how to reset our slide-out controller when our slide was stuck out. We were stuck at the campground. Thanks to him we were able to get back on the road!
Our RV issue occurred on a Friday evening, left a message for Peter Orioles who immediately responded and arrived the next day. He is very, very knowledgeable and came to our rescue with our awning. We thought we would have to replace the whole awning, arm, etc. Peter did his 'magic' and fixed what we thought would be a major repair into a minor repair. Will definitely contact Peter in the future, if we need any RV repairs and/or services.

Peter was courteous and very knowledgeable! His work ethic is stellar and he is very neat while working! I'm far from home and he could have charged me much more, but his price for my repair was very reasonable. I would recommend Peter to anyone who needs a mobile RV Mechanic in the Richmond, VA area! Peter saved the day for us. He went out of his way to fix our electrical problem. First with a phone consult and then he came to our location and replaced the converter. We are on the road and a long way from home and having a competent professional like Peter available to us was great. Can’t say enough how much we appreciated what he did. He’s the best!

We arrived at a campground and a pond trying to get our slide out found we had issues. We immediately got red lines number from the Campgrouund office. Can’t say enough since we called him. Came out quickly. Worked and worked and fixed the problem. Plus, even gave us hints on how to take the slide in and out, but no one else ever had. Peter was phenomenal. Would definitely recommend him, his ideas, his expertise, responsiveness, to anyone.

As recent transplants from CA we know absolutely nothing about winterization. Today Peter met us at our storage facility and winterized our new trailer. He was exremely thorough and took time to explain what he was doing every step of the way in case we wanted to do it ourselves in the future. I can tell you I will never do it myself…I will be calling Peter! On time, reasonably priced, thorough, courteous. Excellent service!

Peter saved our vacation! We were in Ashland Va heading to the Outer Banks when our slide would not retract as we were getting ready to leave. I called him and he answered the phone and said he would be at the campground in 20 minutes he was there in 10. He immediately diagnosed the problem and used his business connections to find the part and repair the slide. He arrived a 8:30 and we were on the road by 1. This type of service is unbelieveable!This gentleman cares about people and really went beyond to get us back on the road!!Thanks Peter, I could only rate you five stars. Pete was fantastic. He was able to come to my RV re: ac issue and was there within 2 days. Everywhere else wanted me to leave my “home”. And even then they couldn’t promise service til late June/July.Great response time. Great communication and I got an Amp lesson! Highly recommend Pete. He will be my go to guy from now on.In this day and age, it’s fantastic to get old fashioned service and a good attitude. THANK YOU!!!!

Dear Fellow RVer’s…I can’t recommend Peter enough! He was quick to respond to my call when my hot water heater in my RV died and I was without hot water. He was kind enough to find and order me a new one and then promptly drove several miles to my location to remove and replace my water heater! He was kind, courteous, professional and took the time to explain everything he was doing so that I understood my RV better. And all this at a really fair price! If you are in the Richmond, VA area…Peter is your guy for RV Repairs!! Thank you Peter!

Any camping friends. If you ever run into problems with your RV or trailer around the Richmond VA area. This is your guy to call. Veteran owned and operatedWe had an electrical issue with our trailer and he was recommended by one of the campground managers.He answered the phone every time I called and responded to each text message in a timely manner. He showed up on time when he said he would be here.Troubleshooting the problem he explained what he was doing each step of the way.He fixed the issue, then performed a series of safety checks and operational inspections.All this after driving over 80 miles just to get to us. (This camp we were at was a little remote compared to others we have been).He is a ‘Do the Job Right’ kind of man. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Peter was nothing short of incredible. I had a main cockpit window in my Class A motorhome shatter. I couldn’t find anyone willing to come to campground, let alone suggest a fix – then I found Peter. Not only was he at my campsite by 09:30, he had a plan and got right to work. He performed a solid temp fix to get us on the road again and set us up for a more permanent fix once the replacement window arrives too – though I believe the “temp” fix with lexan would probably hold indefinitely. He was extremely knowledgeable, completely transparent about costs and availability, and when he was done he cleaned every bit of glass out of everything – even the rocks in the campsite. Our satisfaction can’t be overstated. If you have an RV issue and you’re in his coverage area don’t even waste time calling anyone else, just call Peter. Thanks, Peter!

Peter is awesome! He was able to make me a new countertop and repair a number of other issues that needed to be addressed. Besides that, he’s a great teacher and didn’t seem to mind answering so many questions by someone who doesn’t know very much at all about RVs. He has an unbelievably great work ethic, and that’s something you don’t see very much these days.

Peter has gone above and beyond to make sure my RV was fixed and I knew all I needed to know to be safe and secure in it to go down the road. He has always been a phone call away even when I am in Arizona he does all he can. I will be going back to home base and he will go over my new RV also. Anyone who calls him should know he treats you like family from the start and stands behind the work he does. Highly recommend Red Line to everyone
