About Us My name is Chris Ratcliff, Veteran of the United States Navy, and owner of R Factor RV Services. You will be impressed with Chris and his mobile company. Highly educated in RV repairs and maintenance. He serviced my air conditioner, repaired my refrigerator, and fixed a propane leak. All in a timely manner and very reasonable priced. I will now have him as my go to person for all my issues on my RV.

First a big thanks to myrvresource.com for providing a directory which led me to Chris Ratcliff — R Factor RV Services. I was fortunate enough to catch him while he was in my home vicinity. I provided him with a list of 8 maintenance and modification items — all of which he delivered with competence, patience, and fair pricing. He encountered some unexpected hurdles along the way, but he did not compromise on quality of workmanship and took the time to complete everything well and answer my many questions. He is a good certified RV Technician as well as a good teacher. The projects he completed over a two day period included: 1) Complete roof cleaning and lap sealant re-sealing; 2) Installation of a Victron battery monitor for lithium batteries; 3) Installation of an A/C Easy Start; 4) Cleaning of A/C coils; 5) Cleaning of hot water system; 6) Cleaning of refrigerator vents/coils; 7) Silicone seals around select windows; and 8) Demonstration of water tank and line sanitation using a new-to-me winterization suction hose. Chris and his wife Tracey did an excellent job on these items and I now understand why some customers track them down across the country for their mobile RV services. Thank you Chris for your integrity and a job well done.

What amazing people and service!!! I live in my RV full time and summer is rolling into Tennessee full force, high temperatures and high humidity. In the middle of the night I heard a loud clunk, then no A/C. I made a few calls to area folks to come to the campground and look at my A/C. Not happening, I had to take it to them, which was not a feasible option for me. I decided to try searching the internet for help. I am an older woman and can’t do without air for long. I came across Chris with R Factor RV services. I saw he traveled and was mobile. Out of desperation, I called. I got his voicemail and left a message. He called me back within 10 minutes. I explained my situation and told him where I was. WELL, it was like he was sent to me, he and his wife were actually in my area. WOO HOO. That night he had diagnosed the issue but he was afraid the motor I needed would be on backorder. Through his magic he found me one and 5 days later, I had sweet cold air conditioning!! He was very reasonably price and extremely personable. They cleaned up after themselves and even gave me some advice on RV maintenance. The whole experience was wonderful and if I could give them 10 stars I would. The best thing was also, I did not have to buy a complete new unit. Thank you, Chris, from the bottom of my heart!!! I highly recommend this company and hope if I have any more issues, he will be close by!!!

Chris was very helpful by being prepared for a quick-turn inspection leading up to our first purchase. He was very patient to explain to me what would be included in the inspection, provided a detailed report and was very available for post-inspection questions. I highly recommend Chris and Tracey w/R Factor!
