Rob is a real-life saver. We ordered a brand new RV from the manufacturer with a special request to have a thorough pre delivery inspection be completed by the manufacturer. We hired Rob as additional assurance that the coach would be good before we drove 1000 miles to pick it up. Rob found a number of issues with the coach that saved us from an unnecessary trip and a bad coach. Thanks Rob!
We are convinced that Rob’s inspection saved us at least 10 times the amount of money it cost us, not to mention frustration and repair time.
Rob‘s inspection showed the reality of the quality level for these RVs (which you should know is low, no matter what you buy), and specifically on our unit found major issues that would’ve been absolutely devastating for us to have to repair on our own or under warranty.
We are convinced that Rob’s inspection — as well as a showing personally to inspect our RV — made the difference. we are very happy with the outcome, and will use Rob services again in the future!

My wife and I recently utilized Rob's services as we were upgrading from a pop up to a brand new 2024 travel trailer. Even though it was brand new, Rob was able to identify multiple issues that needed to be addressed by the dealer before moving forward with the purchase. Rob's spent 6 hours inspecting the unit and his service also included an extremely detailed 76 page report. The report includes multiple pictures, explanations, suggestions and is very informative. I printed off the entire report and plan to keep it as a reference to look back to.
We were able to present Rob's detailed report to the dealer and they agreed to fix all issues that we would not have as easily identified had we not used Rob's services. My advice to anyone thinking about hiring Rob, just do it. He is prompt, professional, knowledgeable and his attention to detail is second to none. The best way to protect your investment is to know exactly what you are getting beforehand. It will save you a ton of headache and money down the road.
Rob, we appreciate you and plan on hiring you again if we ever decide to upgrade.

We had an inspection done on a potential purchase. Several issues were discovered that we would not have noticed until damage started over time. Spending the extra was well worth it and would do it again before signing the paperwork!! A very detailed report was provided with photos of the issues in the report within 24 hours of the inspection . Save yourself headaches down the road and have a professional inspection done! Professional RV Inspections did a very in depth and knowledgeable inspection of an RV we were considering buying. Rob was thorough, professional, and did an excellent job summarizing every detail of what he found, in his inspection report. It made us feel much more comfortable and informed about what we were getting into, if we did decide to buy that RV.

We had a great experience with Rob and the service he provided. We were in the process of purchasing a new motorhome and wanted it professionally inspected. And professional is exactly what we got. Rob was very thorough with his inspection and provided us with a 100 page very detailed report which included text and pictures. Rob is a true professional that delivers a much needed service at a reasonable rate. He was responsive to our scheduling request and helped us understand the entire process. We setup an initial meeting location that had to be changed the day before because of some uncooperative folks. Rob had no problem with switching to the new location. He arrived on time and completed a comprehensive inspection that took s little over 8 hours. We had our 96 page report less than 24 hours later! The report is presented with life safety issues at the top followed by major then minor issues. Life safety issues have not only pictures but also cite the actual code that is in violation along with the section of the code! The report also provides results by area or system. The RV Rob inspected is our 6th unit and we will NEVER buy another RV without having his inspection report in hand so all issues are resolved before we take possession. THANK YOU Rob for the service you provided; it was first class.

Rob is great! Super upfront and honest. I sent in a request for an inspection. He gave me a call and right away told me that from the looks of the pictures, it was not in good shape. His kindness to just shoot me straight and not charge for an inspection built trust right away. When we get our eyes on another one, we will definitely be giving him a call. Thanks again, Rob!

Can't recommend Rob enough. He saved us from buying a real lemon! I cannot overstate how incredibly thorough his review was...he even called us as the problems with the rig continued to surface to inform us of the unit's poor condition. This was money more than well spent! If you are buying used from a dealer, I'd strongly recommend getting Rob to look it over. We were told it had been inspected at the dealership...so incredibly glad we called Rob in anyway!

We are so glad we had this inspection done, as Rob found multiple issues with the rig even though it had less than 1,000 miles on it. The dealership went from saying “Don’t waste your money, we’ve already inspected it.” to “It’s a good thing you had that inspection done.” The dealership fixed about a dozen issues ranging from major to minor, all under warranty. We used the report as a checklist to make certain everything was addressed before we drove it off the lot,
Rob was extremely professional, with easy communication, and quality detailed work. His expertise certainly saved us more than the cost of the inspection.
