Chris did an incredible job - above and beyond what I was expecting. His inspection report was so detailed and thorough, and even included close up photos and videos to help explain his concerns and recommendations.
After I received the report, he also spent time going over it on the phone. I was hesitant at first because I thought it was a big expense but it was well worth the money and I’d recommend him to anyone!
The sellers of the travel trailer also said they have never seen an inspector do such a thorough job. 5 stars from everyone involved!
Chris’ inspection report was thorough and very detailed. If you are unsure like me, about getting an RV inspection DO IT! The salesman tried to convince me my RV was spotless and perfect. Chris found more issues than I could even imagine. Chris spent his time and gave me a very detailed report from cosmetic issues to gas leaks, to everything under the hood. I’ll definitely use Chris again. You will not regret it!

I would give Chris 10 stars if that were an option. I found Chris recommended by another inspector. I planned to buy a travel trailer sight unseen from 1400 miles away. I hired Chris to be my eyes, ears, AND BRAIN to look at the trailer. His thorough and complete inspection and report made it clear to us that this is not the trailer we want to buy. Saved me $600 on gas for the round trip. The dealer charged me for dealer prep and "inspection". None of Chris's findings were mentioned by the dealer.
An RV inspector like Chris can save you a ton of money and sadness. Chris was easy to work with, communication was quick and accurate.

We highly recommend you have Chris inspect an RV before you decide to purchase. We thought the RV we were purchasing from a private owner was in excellent condition. Chris found problems that the inspector from our lender missed. These issues would have cost us quite a bit down the road. He was professional and thorough. He made the process easy and was very helpful.

I can't recommend Chris highly enough. He was thorough, took the time afterwards to show us the issues he found. Even pointing them out to the sellers. He was extremely professional and the people who we bought from even hired him later to inspect a unit for them. I will definitely hire him again for the next time.

We hired Chris to perform a pre-delivery inspection of a used Tiffin coach that we are purchasing. He was quick to respond and got out to look at the coach as soon as it was available. He was extremely thorough and we had the report the same afternoon. After reviewing the report, we pulled together a detailed punch list for the dealership and they have agreed to correct almost all of the issues that were identified and requested an extra week of PDI time to make sure it is all addressed. We would definitely use Chris’s services again.

I am so glad I used this inspection company. Chris was very professional and very thorough in his work. We had him inspect two different RVs and we are so grateful we did. He found water damage on the first one that saved us a heap of trouble and the things he found on the second inspection helped us negotiate a lower price. It is absolutely worth every penny to use his services so you know exactly what condition the rig you are buying is in.

Hiring Chris was the absolute best thing we could have done before purchasing our fifth wheel! He found many huge problems that were somehow overlooked during the pre-delivery inspection done at the dealership. The brand new 2022 toy hauler straight from the factory was riddled with issues that needed to be addressed before we purchased it. We had to reschedule the inspection and scheduled a follow up to make sure the repairs were completed due to the incompetence of the dealership and Chris was very flexible and professional! We will absolutely hire him again if needed in the future and recommend him to anyone in the market for a new RV! Never trust that dealerships do their job correctly, definitely hire an inspector to be on your side!

Found an RV we loved. Called Chris and he was able to go inspect it quickly. I'm so glad I hired him. His very thorough inspection (and report) showed us a lot of issues (one we knew about and many we didn't) and saved us from making a huge financial error if we had went and purchased the RV without an inspection. Chris is very professional and I highly recommend him as an RV inspector.
