Specialties: Mobile RV Repair

Took my class A for repairs with the understanding I needed work completed in a reasonable amount of time for upcoming planned trip, 3 months later repairs incomplete. The level of communication was unsatisfactory, I was told the RV had power in the neutral line. They charged $3000 for a new inverter which you can buy for retail $2200 or less. I removed my RV and took it to Arts where they repaired it in 2 weeks as agreed, the wiring was the problem. I appreciate 5 bears is a family business and was 1 of the reasons I choose them also I was told they would get the RV in and out to but that turned out to be a disappointment. Communication is important to the customer in business and there are no excuses, the lack of communication is insulting. If the repair is beyond your ability you should let the customer decide what to do rather than keep the vehicle in limbo (3 months).
