Chris is a true professional. Very knowledgeable on all aspects of RV repairs. He walked around my unit and pointed out items that needed attention. He is very informative and good about explaining what and why an issue needs to be taken care of. He also gave suggestions on how to make my RV work better. I’ve been using RVs for over 20 years and I have learned a great deal of knowledge from Chris. I will never hesitate to call him when have a need or question.
Chief RV was helpful and professional as they get. Assessed my situation and got my camper going in moments notice! I will also say his prices are very fair for the market.

Chris was amazing. When I searched the area for an inspector, I was drawn in by his profile and his smile. He explained everything he would do and the inspection went just as planned. He met with the sellers at an agreed upon time. He called me when he arrived and he called again when he finished the inspection. And just as promised, I received the full report later that evening. He was professional and a pleasure to work with. If anyone is looking for an inspector in the Houston area, I highly recommend Chris.

Chris has been great with the repairs we have found in our rv. Being new to the rv world, he has been very helpful in educating us as well. We have had several water leaks, gas line leaks, and toilet issues. He is completing the work under the warranty and he does all the paperwork. I can’t recommend him enough. He is very timely and has a quick response time. Call him- you will not regret it.

Chris, the owner and inspector for Chief RV, moved quickly to inspect a Class C motorhome I was considering buying. It is 8 years old. He spent 5-6 hours inspecting the RV. Provided me with 37 pages of repairs and issues I need to consider with pictures to match. His thoroughness really helped me in making a decision on the next step. After the 3rd camping trip, where my fridge worked fine for 3 days, and then failed halfway through my camping trip, I finally contacted Alliance directly (who by the way, has the best customer service in the industry), who gave me authorization to get a mobile tech to diagnose the problem. I contacted Chris at Chief RV, since he was the closest to where I was camping.I am really glad I contacted Chief RV. He came out twice, first to diagnose the problem, and came out again to replace the part, in pouring rain. Chris is very well trained, very thorough, and just do everything the correct way, not something you see too often in the RV industry. If you need any work done to your RV or camper in the greater Houston district, contact Chris at Chief RV. He is the best I have seen, and I fully recommend him, based on the work he did for me.

Over the Christmas holiday we noticed our hot water heater was leaking. I reached out to Chief RV at 9 am the morning after Christmas. Chis called me back in minutes and arrived at our RV by 11 am. He replaced our check valve within 30-45 minutes. He also noticed a seal leaking on one of our jacks. Chris was courteous and very knowledgeable. We were so impressed by his promptness and advice. I never expected to have such a great service experience. My refrigerator went out on my new RV. It cost me hundreds of dollars in food, and stress. Chris the RV Cheif really came through. He stayed on top of the manufacturer as well as the supplier.Chris’s level of support and customer service changed a bad situation into a positive experience. Our country needs more people that love what they do and care about their customer like Chris does.Chris will always be my first call.

I contacted Christopher for an A/C issue. I have an extended warranty and Christopher knew the process and worked with the company on my behalf. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of my questions, communicated effectively and I am a very Happy Camper.I also had a black tank issue on the second bathroom and no other RV Tech would work on it. Christopher ask questions, contacted Jayco for schematics plans and fixed the issue.He follows up with you after the repair to make sure all is well.I will recommend Chief RV Services to everyone.

Chris has completed a few jobs for us and I will call him first for any other jobs needed. He is on time, explains everything, and stays at even in this 106 F temps outside. I would not hesitate to call on him every time.

I hired Chief to install an Onan EC-AGS+ kit on my QD7.5 generator. Chris is a consummate professional. From first reaching out to him he was extremely helpful and communicative. Showed up for our meet early. Installed the kit quickly and answered a ton of unrelated questions for me as I just recently acquired the RV. His attention to detail on his work is outstanding. Ran the system with me to ensure working properly which it did. I will definitely be using Chief in the future.

Chief removed an existing A/C and installed a new one. After removing the a/c and closely examining the opening, he found, pointed out and explained to me a factory mistake in the ceiling cavity, which he then corrected. (Wow, talk about attention to detail!) Very professional, honest and open as he explained the work and installation process. After completion of the installation he tested the system to ensure all was properly working. Highly recommended and we will definitely be using Chief again as our needs arise.
