John of Byker Dog RV Repair went above and beyond when he helped us with plumbing issues. Our kitchen faucet was leaking from the handle, our city water tank was overflowing into our fresh water tank, AND the water pump was cycling constantly. It was one of those “everything that can go wrong went wrong” situations. But John stuck with us. I swear he drove over the entire state of South Dakota to find us a faucet that would work in our small space! We were so happy to find someone so dedicated and thorough. I'm having a couple issues with my Class A and was provided a comprehensive phone consultation from the most knowledgeable RV tech I've met. The heavy chassis work and AC repair which is required are items John preferred to refer out. He made several useful suggestions and referred me to multiple resources. John is very personable and knowledgeable. He explained things to me in layman terms so it was easy to understand. Met him at the fifth wheel and within 45 minutes found that the rig needed the roof replaced. I highly recommend him and getting an inspection on new and used RV's.
