I left voicemails for two different techs in nearby cities and was going to book whoever called me back first and had availability. I heard from Brent the next day and he apologized profusely for not getting back with me quicker. I’d already booked a guy in the next town. But Brent still took the time to go over our air conditioning issue with me over the phone and offered several suggestions! I was blown away that he would take that time! Turns out his suggestion was spot on and we no longer needed to keep our appointment. We will definitely reach out to Brent again if we’re ever in need of service in the Billings MT area.
Brent kept in touch and we scheduled a tentative appointment. When we arrived in Billings he came by and reviewed the situation and what be needed. I needed a front Jack replaced. He did it in a reasonable time and was very neat and thorough. Looked at a couple of things I had questions on and gave me suggestions. The cost was fair and the work was well done.
