We had an appointment with Kevin and ended up cancelling because another tech did some troubleshooting over the phone with us before we arrived in Bozeman. When I texted Kevin to cancel, he still took the time to discuss what the issue was and how we might prevent it in the future. He even sent an Amazon link to a product he thought would be helpful. Totally impressed he would take the time to help out even after I’d cancelled the appointment! We would definitely reach out to Kevin again if we needed help in the Bozeman MT area.

Kevin’s service is top notch & his CAMPER COLLEGE is a MUST!!!!
I had been struggling with some constant ups and downs on my trailer. One day the fridge and other components of the trailer would be working just fine. I would move the trailer and then fridge would not be working on AC and only propane. The Grand Design Imagine that I have is not that old and I had been in and out of RV dealerships which were very costly and didn’t do much to empower me in helping myself understand the working functions of my trailer nor could I get the intermittent issues to go away. A dear friend told me Kevin was in my area and that I should try to go see him. Kevin took me through the ins and outs as he repaired some loose connections. Checked all my electrical functions, tightened them up and showed me what I could look for in the future if I encountered issues which do happen as the RV’s are bouncing down the road. Kevin also offers education on the recommended maintenance to keep the RV in tip top shape. SO WORTH THE VALUE! You will never get this sort of information from an RV dealership. Kevin Brownlee is excellent!!! He was very thorough with his inspection, was accommodating with his time, and even spoke directly with the sales manager of the dealership regarding issues he found during his inspection.
