On our first trip out for the season we discovered our tankless hot water heater did not survive the Colorado winter very well. When we pulled into our campground we asked if they could recommend an RV repair guy, lo and behold a gentlemen had dropped off some business cards just 2 days ago. We contacted Jamie and came out to diagnose our issue. I can’t say enough great things about this company and Jamie!!! He was able to find a replacement and had us back in hot water in no time. If you need any RV repair in this area don’t call anybody else but Jamie!!!!
Started having an ammonia smell in my class a coach about 200 miles east of Flagstaff. Upon arriving in Flagstaff I contacted a bunch of RV Repair people to fix my refrigerator. I heard back from all the people I contacted except Bigs RV mobile repair. It has been over 24 hours and it would of been nice to get a call back one way or the other. Is this any way to run a business???

We were over 3000 miles into our trip and water heater failed- on Memorial Day weekend. Saw Biggs RV listed so sent Jamie an email. Responded quickly and was able to get out and fix our problem in a few hours. Great guy, great service! Would recommend to anyone.
