They installed a brand new hot water heater for me. Excellent service; quick repair, would definitely recommend to anyone needing any type of repair made to a camper.

Martie came to my aid after a storm destroyed my awning, did all the measurements, got old awning and support arms outta my way. Ordered all new and after it arrived scheduled a time and replaced it back to factory standards. Good folks to work with, I recommend them highly, would give 6 stars if I could.

Martie did a wonderful job this morning with a thorough walk through of my travel trailer. I have been experiencing some issues and wanted to talk to a knowledgeable professional about how to move forward with repairs, replacing items (like the fridge) and generally asking the questions I couldn’t ask when I bought the RV from a private seller several years ago (like should I add a solar panel or use a portable solar unit instead?). Martie made solid recommendations, is incredibly experienced and gifted in his assessments, and now I have some homework and decision making to do. I plan to use 5 Star for all of my RV needs going forward. They even offer an inspection service when you have work done with a dealership to verify things were done right or an “RV home inspection” if plan to buy another RV. Knowing I have a service that has my back like this really increases my comfort level as an RV owner! They are definitely a 5 star business!

Martie is knowledgeable, dependable, and phenomenal in every way. He has ALWAYS fixed our problems (big or small) quickly and professionally. I wouldn’t even consider trusting anyone else with our motorhome!

Martie came out to help winterize our camper and found a few other issues along the way that he’ll be able to fix. Very kind and helpful. Will be seeing him again in the spring to get our camper ready for summer! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend 5STAR RV Service. Called them for my air conditioner. They came quickly, worked with my warranty company and replaced the unit. Martie was super nice and very professional. I will definitely use them again.

Our refrigerator stopped cooling and we called Martie to come out to take a look. He's extremely knowledgeable, competent, and professional to work with, as well as being extremely patient, answering our many questions about RV's(we are newbies). We have an extended warranty and Martie had to navigate the mess that involved, but he didn't give up, which we are grateful for, because we now have a working refrigerator in the RV. We would highly recommend 5 Star RV! They also do inspections and regular maintenance for your RV & we intend to use them for this in the future.

Martie did a great job for me as an inspector. I needed someone to put eyes on an RV for me at a lot far away. He was thorough and knowledgeable and kept me from making a bad purchase. I will absolutely use him for any future needs in the area.
