Upon arriving at our RV this fall, we found that the refrigerator would not cool. Our campground manager suggested we call My Name Is Earl RV Repair, as he had worked in the campground previously and those who used him were very satisfied with his work. I called Earl, left a message and he called me later and said he would be at our RV the next morning by 9 a.m. He was on time and we discussed the problem and he went right to work analyzing the refrigerator. It was a Residential type refrigerator, not a common RV type. After some time evaluating and testing the refrigeration unit, Earl offered that it would be less expensive to replace the unit, than the labor to repair it. He then assisted me in measuring the size to fit the existing location in our RV, and continued to help us find a replacement at a local Lowe's store.
I must provide the highest complements to Earl as he was prompt and polite, very knowledgeable, and his straightforward honesty was refreshing. He not only provided knowledge of the refrigerator but by providing support to us in choosing a replacement and saving us hours of research and cash.
In my opinion Earl is of superior character and skill, and believes in customer satisfaction.
I will continue to use his services as long as he is available .

I’m so glad I called Earl to help with my trailer - he is knowledgeable and a genuinely great person. He went above and beyond to help me with a few of my trailer issues. I would definitely call him again and recommend him to anyone.

Earl was absolutely wonderful. He was knowledgeable and polite. My problem was fixed quickly and efficiently. He actually went to school for rv repair so he knew exactly what he was doing. I will always call Earl when I have a problem with my 5th wheel!
