We're Lynn and Kim Catlin, owners at C2 RV Services LLC and we will be attending this year's 2024 Cool RV Everything SOB Summer Oregon Rally, providing general repairs and upgrades on an appointment or as-needed basis. This rally is open to any and all RVs!
Invite your friends who have an SOB (some other brand of RV than you have) to come to a rally with you to enjoy all the fun we always give.
What happens at our rallies? Well, first we start with fun, add some seminars (both educational and informative, as well as new retail products), more fun, group outings, more fun, group meals, more fun, lots of socializing time, more fun, see new RV models on display sometime, more fun, there are prize giveaways, more fun, evening activities, have more fun... oh ya, in case I forget to mention it, have fun. And sometimes a couple drunks will steal a golf cart or an old lady's electric cart. :)
The Rally will officially kick off at 6:00 pm, Wednesday, July 17th, and end around 9:00 pm, Saturday, July 20th. Many to most attendees will be arriving Tuesday, July 16th, or earlier and staying the night of Sunday, July 21st, or later, so they can enjoy all the rally pre and post related activities. Yes, we have more informal activities prior to and after the rally.
Your registration costs include your rally registration fees, the nightly fees for your site (Wednesday the 17th thru Sunday the 21st), and the fees Eventbrite charges to process your payment. Yes, your rally costs are for all 4 nights of the rally even if you are only staying for 2 or 3 nights. You are more than welcome to reserve your stay for longer to enjoy more personal socialization time with those that also arrive earlier or depart later. However, if you wish to arrive Tuesday, July 16th, or earlier, or depart Monday, July 22nd, or later, you will need to follow the instructions in the email confirmation you will receive after registering to make individual arrangements for your extended time.
There will be no refunds after 30 days prior to the rally unless the WagonMasters are able to fill your site.
