Chris was such a great help when I was having trouble with my RV air conditioning! He was already at the campground we were staying at and was quick to answer all my questions and even came inside to check out my AC free of charge!! Great and friendly customers service! Will definitely give him a call if I’m in the area and have any issues!

A big thank you to Chris from WorryFree RV for coming out to repair our RV way past normal working hours just to ensure we could enjoy our first night camping. He needed a part, but ensured we were able to get through the night until he could return the next morning. He returned and complete the job in record time so we could salvage our day. He was kind, trustworthy, and efficient.

I had an issue with my toilet before arrival to Gulf Shores. Chris made arrangements to stop by on my arrival and see what repair or parts were necessary. He showed as promised and gave me a few options to fix the issue. He worked with my extended warranty company throughout the process and was able to have everything fixed in a timely manner. Chris was professional and punctual in addressing my issue. He also made some recommendations on my unit. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone in the area!!

Had a problem with my air conditioner. Chris came out quickly to diagnose the issue. He ordered the parts and even came out on Super Bowl Sunday to install it as we were departing early Monday morning. Air conditioner is working again! Chris is a pleasure to deal with and his wife keeps you updated on in transit parts and when Chris will be arriving. A+++++

Chris delivers outstanding service! We called because our propane furnace stopped working. He was at our site the next day and spent a couple of hours testing and diagnosing. Results weren’t conclusive, so he took the unit into his shop after recommending that we replace all the wear parts due to the age of the unit. He told us some of the parts weren’t stocked locally and it would take a few days to order hem in. Luckily the weather was very warm and we didn’t need the furnace.
When he returned to reinstall the unit, he explained that the sail switch was weak and the igniter was working intermittently. He tested the unit several times after install to ensure proper functioning.
We were very impressed that Chris took the time to perform a thorough diagnosis rather than just replace a single suspect part (the sail switch). We are confident that the furnace will function properly for a long time. His service is truly “worry-free”!

Chris is THE best. Truly. THE best. We called in the early afternoon after having some water leak issues in hopes he could come out this week sometime - and he was out in just a couple of hours on the SAME DAY. He was able to figure out the issues (plus a few others), explain them all thoroughly so I understood them, fix what he could, plan for a couple other fixes, as well as educate me, a camper newbie, on some other crucial camper details. I was able to ask questions without feeling silly, too. Chris was attentive, hardworking, knowledgeable, personable, and kind. We genuinely appreciate WorryFree RV Services; thank you guys!

Chris made it out in under twenty-four hours. I had a recurring furnace issue for the last year, and he diagnosed the problem, working around all "my work" that no longer worked. He even let me watch him troubleshoot while he explained what was wrong and why it was wrong. Furnace is now up and running just fine! Great service, fair pricing, highly recommend.

I don’t think I can give a good enough review for the service we received from Chris! While staying in Gulf Shores on vacation, we originally called him for an lighting issue and when my husband asked him to help install a new underbelly he graciously agreed. Little did he know he would spend yet another day with us after the black tank fell and he helped us get it back in place. He is a wealth of information and such a pleasant gentleman! We have been living/working out of our Motor Coach for the past 2 years, with our travels taking us from Florida to Texas for work. I have had numerous interactions with mobile RV Repair Services during this time. Chris was informative, knowledgeable and timely in his response times. All of the work that he performed was spot on and done professionally. I live in Texas and was looking to purchase a 2014 Tiffan Allergo Red 38QRA located in Fairhope, AL. The only information I had was from the owner and the pictures that I saw online. I found Chris with Worry Free RV who performs RV inspections and decided to hire him. Chris spent a minimum of 8 hours inspecting the entire coach from top to bottom and then provided a very detailed report including photos and videos. Chris was and still is available and has answered any question I've had via phone or email. Chris continues to offer support to his customers even after the inspection has been completed.
