Hello everyone it's Jason again with MyRVResource.com it's like the Yellow Pages for RV services. Check out this flaw with the theater seating design issue.
Today I'm coming at you with another Weekly One Reason To Get An RV Inspection. Technically I'm showing you something to look for before you get an inspection because a lot of people fall in love with these floor plans but they don't test everything to make sure that the engineer who designed it designed everything to work properly.
So I'm in a brand new fifth wheel with a front living area. It's got the big TV, the fireplace, two sofas, and the theater seating. I want to show you something to look for so that you know if that's the floor plan you want.
Let's go ahead and go up into the living area so we're walking up into the living room area. You can see we have the sofas and we've got the theater seating. Now if you look at the side to the right of this theater seating do you notice that it doesn't seem to lean back as far? We can see it is hitting the sofa from the slideout which is deeper that the slideout it is in. That's going to be possibly uncomfortable lay on not going to be able to lay back spread your legs out or whatever you want to do. You're also not able to lean back all the way.
So there are a lot of great floor plans out there but there are just little things like that you should be checking for. Maybe that won't cause these people not to buy this RV but you know that's there. If it's not a big deal to you great go ahead and get that inspection. If it is a big deal look at a different RV with the similar type floor plan where the sofa actually fits in the slide out.
With your Weekly One Reason To Get An RV Inspection, I'm telling you to look at something before you buy. It's something you should be looking at because you're looking at the floor plan. This can save you a lot of money. With all that you have a nice day.
